We are Hiring - Project Manager!

Purpose of the position:

The Project Manager is responsible for leading the project team to manage installation, installing new devices and machinery, control troubleshooting and repairing problems and develop new equipment to improve performance of factories ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Planning & Compliance:

- Build and maintain a long-term roadmap for projects, technical capabilities, and engineering systems.
- Build the entire technical documentation, project templates, and operating procedures.
- Evaluate team and individual performance; coach and develop staff for continuous improvement and succession readiness.
- Ensure team compliance with corporate policies, EHS standards, and regulatory/legal requirements.

2. Capex management

- Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver Capex and improvement projects on time, within scope and budget.
- Coordinate with Plant Managers, Maintenance Managers, and other departments to define project scope, resolve bottlenecks, and align expectations.
- Prepare and review Capital Expenditure proposals (Capex), ensuring completeness, accuracy, and alignment with business case.
- Calculate ROI and ensure timely submission for budget approval and ensure proper budget control, cash flow planning, and closure documentation of projects.
- In charge of all investments related to civil works, building renovation, equipment, and production line upgrades.
- Liaise with consultants, vendors,



and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

3. Process development

- Drive process development, including the design and implementation of current technologies or equipment to improve factory performance.
- Lead commissioning and qualification of new machinery, ensuring validation, risk assessment, and smooth handover.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and EHS teams for equipment trials and post-implementation evaluation.
- Supervise resource planning and ensure technical readiness of teams and infrastructure.
- Drive continuous improvement in cost, quality, productivity, and energy efficiency.
- Maintain dashboard of department KPIs, including project timeliness, cost adherence, and process improvement impact.

4. Perform additional duties assigned to support business needs and organizational transformation.

Education:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation), Food Technology, or a related technical field.

Experience:

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in industrial project management, engineering, or manufacturing operations, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.

Qualifications (certificates):

- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is advenced
- IWS (Integrated Work System) or similar CI framework certification.
- Experience in Civil, HSE, food quality standards: ISO, AIB, IFS, BRC.

Other skills required for the job:

- Must be competent with CAD, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project
- Excellent communication skills in English
