Sobha Limited is looking for a seasoned Project Head to lead the execution and delivery of large-scale high-rise residential developments in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in contractor-led project delivery, robust leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience in precast construction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of high-rise residential projects from planning to handover.

Drive project timelines, quality, safety, cost, and productivity targets.

Manage consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams.

Ensure effective implementation of precast systems, including production coordination, logistics, and erection planning.

Monitor project risks, resolve execution challenges, and ensure milestone achievement.

Coordinate with design, procurement,



planning, commercial, and MEP teams for seamless project execution.

Maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

20+ years of experience in construction project delivery, preferably with reputed contractors/developers.

Minimum 5 years of experience in precast high-rise construction projects.

Strong expertise in project planning, execution, stakeholder management, cost control, and team leadership.

Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale residential or mixed-use high-rise developments.
