Key Deliverables

● Manage the day-to-day operations and execution of the Management Program at the location.

● Coordinate with instructors, students, university teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery.

● Manage class schedules, instructor coordination, student communication, attendance, and other program-related operational requirements.

● Drive student engagement initiatives and ensure effective execution of activities planned as part of the program.

● Monitor day-to-day issues and proactively coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.

● Maintain program trackers, schedules, reports, and other operational documentation.

● Take end-to-end ownership of on-ground program execution and ensure alignment with the overall program objectives.

What We’re Looking For

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.

● Freshers are welcome to apply.

● Candidates with prior experience in program coordination, operations, event management, campus activities, community management, or similar roles will be preferred.





● Candidates who have demonstrated leadership through student initiatives, societies, clubs, projects, communities, or other extracurricular activities will be preferred.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.

● Proactive approach with strong ownership and execution skills.

● Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and responsibilities simultaneously.

● Comfortable working in a fully on-site, fast-paced environment.

● Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to take initiative.

Ideal Candidate

● We are looking for someone who is energetic, proactive, and execution-oriented — someone who does not limit themselves to assigned tasks and is comfortable taking ownership of the overall program operations.

● Candidates with strong exposure to student-led initiatives, program coordination, operations, communities, or hands-on execution, even without prior full time work experience, will be considered.
