Project Communication & Change Manager (ERP SAP S/4HANA)

We're looking for an experienced Project Communication & Change Manager to drive adoption and engagement for a global SAP S/4HANA transformation program across France, UK&I;, Central Europe, Brazil, and North America.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead communication and change management activities using the ADKAR methodology

✅ Develop and execute stakeholder engagement, communication, and training plans

✅ Conduct change impact assessments and manage organizational readiness

✅ Drive employee adoption, manage resistance to change, and support business transition

✅ Partner with project teams, sponsors, and leaders to ensure successful ERP deployment

✅ Measure and report adoption, training effectiveness, and change readiness

What We're Looking For:

✔ 8+ years of experience in Communication & Change Management,



preferably within ERP implementation projects

✔ Robust expertise in stakeholder management, communications strategy, and training delivery

✔ Experience working in complex international environments

✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

✔ Change Management certification is a plus
