? About the Role

As a Programme Coordinator, you will oversee the smooth execution of teacher training programs by coordinating program operations, managing student support, maintaining databases, and ensuring seamless digital learning experiences.

? Key Responsibilities

- Program Coordination: Manage training schedules, curriculum distribution, learning resources, and day-to-day program logistics.
- LMS & Database Management: Maintain Learning Management Systems (LMS), digital classrooms, and trainee databases.
- Data Management & Reporting: Track student progress, attendance, and certification records using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Student Support: Act as the primary point of contact for students and faculty, handling enquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Technical Coordination: Support online classes through Zoom, Google Meet, and MS Teams, and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Process Improvement: Identify operational gaps and improve workflows to enhance student experience and program efficiency.

?️ Requirements & Qualifications




- Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, student support, program coordination, or a related role.
- Experience in the education or EdTech industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for maintaining records and tracking student progress
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, and online meeting tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- A student-first mindset with a proactive approach to resolving challenges.
