About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Production Specialist – Sweets to ensure smooth and efficient production operations while maintaining product quality, food safety, production targets, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute daily production activities to achieve production targets.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, and food safety standards.
- Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, Stores, HR, and Supply Chain teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor raw material and packaging material availability.
- Ensure proper cleaning, sanitation, CIP/COP, and housekeeping practices.
- Drive process improvement, yield optimization, and wastage reduction.
- Maintain production records, SOP compliance, and MIS reports.
- Support new product development, recipe standardization, and product quality improvements.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and equipment troubleshooting.




- Ensure timely SAP entries and product availability for dispatch.
- Train shop-floor employees on production processes, quality, and food safety.

Required Skills and Qualification:

- Knowledge of sweet manufacturing and processing techniques.
- Understanding of production planning, batch preparation, and process control.
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, and quality management systems.
- Experience in yield improvement, cost control, and inventory management.
- Knowledge of SAP/ERP and production documentation.
- Robust coordination, problem-solving, and team management skills.
