Role Description The Production Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing daily production operations and ensuring that manufacturing targets are met safely and efficiently. This role includes planning and monitoring production schedules, allocating workforce and resources, and coordinating with procurement, quality, and installation teams to meet project timelines.

The Production

Supervisor will track production output, troubleshoot issues on the shop floor, and implement process improvements to optimize productivity, reduce waste, and maintain product quality.



The role also involves maintaining compliance with safety standards, keeping accurate production records, and providing clear communication and guidance to production staff. The supervisor will collaborate closely with management to report performance metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with HPIPL’s technology and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and workforce coordination on the shop floor.
- Candidates should possess experience managing Production Schedules and Production Planning to align output with project timelines and resource availability.
- Candidates should possess Production Management skills, including workflow optimization, process improvement, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and provide clear instructions to production personnel.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial automation, or infrastructure projects, ideally within capital equipment or engineering sectors, is beneficial.
- Working knowledge of production reporting tools, basic MS Office, and familiarity with ISO and safety compliance practices is an advantage.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments, solve operational issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
