Role Description The Production Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot, responsible for overseeing daily production operations for electrical distribution and automation panels. This role involves planning and scheduling production activities, allocating resources, and ensuring that products meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Manager will supervise production teams, monitor workflow, resolve operational issues, and coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and quality departments to achieve delivery timelines. The role also includes optimizing processes, maintaining production documentation,



supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring adherence to company policies and industry best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid production management and operations skills, including production planning, workflow optimization, and resource allocation.
- Candidates should possess technical skills related to electrical systems, such as familiarity with electrical panels, industrial automation, and relevant standards or codes.
- Candidates should possess quality and safety management skills, including experience with inspection processes, documentation, and adherence to safety regulations.
- Candidates should possess leadership and people management skills, including team supervision, performance monitoring, and coaching in a manufacturing environment.
- Candidates should possess communication and coordination skills, enabling effective collaboration with engineering, procurement, sales, and project management teams.
- A degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in manufacturing or electrical panel production.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement methodologies, and basic computer proficiency (e.g., MS Office, ERP systems) will be beneficial.
