Western Heat & Forge Pvt. Ltd. (WHF) is looking for a hands-on production professional to plan, execute and control machining production with optimum productivity, quality, OTD, and Cost.

? Production Planning & Execution

- Execute production as per daily and monthly plans; track Plan vs Actual and take corrective actions.
- Ensure optimum machine utilisation and manpower deployment in coordination with PPC, Quality and Maintenance.

? Productivity, OEE & Process Improvement
- Drive OEE to 85% by reducing machine, manpower and process-related downtime.
- Improve cycle time and efficiency through Kaizen, Lean and optimised tooling, fixtures and machining parameters.

? Quality & Rejection Reduction




- Monitor in-process quality and adherence to standards with a zero-defect mindset.
- Identify root causes of rejection and implement corrective actions with the Quality team.

? In-Process Documentation
- Maintain route cards, inspection records, process sheets and production records.
- Ensure documentation discipline and full traceability on the shop floor.

? Manpower Management
- Supervise operators and shifts; allocate manpower based on workload.
- Train operators on process and quality requirements; maintain shop floor discipline and safety.

✅ Must Have Requirement:
- Hands-on experience running machining (CNC, VTL, VMC & HMC) production on the shop floor

• Strong Knowledge of machining of majorly Oil & Gas Industry products and their requirements

• Proven track record in improving OEE, cycle time and reducing downtime

• Working knowledge of Kaizen, Lean, root cause analysis and rejection reduction

• Valuable production reporting and documentation skills (Excel)
