We're hiring a Product Designer with 2–5 years of experience to own end-to-end design for key product flows, from early problem framing to shipped, measurable outcomes. You'll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers and Researchers in a cross-functional squad.

What you'll do

- Own the design of features end to end: problem definition, user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI.
- Partner with PMs and engineers to scope problems, define success metrics and make sensible trade-offs between ideal and shippable.
- Plan and run lightweight research (user interviews, usability tests, surveys) and turn insights into clear design decisions.
- Use data from analytics tools and experiments to identify friction points and measure the impact of your work.
- Build interactive prototypes to test ideas quickly and communicate interactions to stakeholders.
- Contribute to and follow the design system, keeping components consistent, accessible and reusable.
- Work with engineers during build and QA to make sure what ships matches the design intent, including edge cases and empty, error and loading states.

What we're looking for

- 2–5 years of experience designing digital products (web and/or mobile apps),



with at least one product shipped to real users.
- A portfolio that shows your process, not just final screens: the problem, your thinking, the options you explored and the outcome.
- Strong fundamentals in interaction design, information architecture, visual design and typography.
- Hands-on proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, variants and prototyping.
- Experience working within or contributing to a design system.
- Comfort with user research and usability testing, and with using data to inform decisions.
- Clear written and verbal communication; able to explain the "why" behind design choices to non-designers.
- Ownership mindset: you follow work through to launch and care about how it performs after.

Nice to have

- Experience in a fintech, consumer tech product at scale.
- Familiarity with analytics and experimentation tools (e.g. Mixpanel, Amplitude, A/B testing platforms).
- Motion design or micro-interaction skills (Protopie, Principle, Lottie or similar).
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or how front-end components are built.
- Experience designing for multilingual or emerging-market users.
- Comfort using AI tools to speed up research synthesis, ideation or prototyping.
