Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced PMS & OD Specialist to drive Performance Management, Organizational Development (OD), and Learning & Development (L&D;) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and manage Performance Management Systems (PMS) and appraisal processes.
- Drive organizational development, talent management, and succession planning.
- Lead leadership development and employee capability-building programs.
- Design and implement training programs across multiple locations.
- Manage change management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle HRMS/HRIS implementation and performance management modules.




- Collaborate with senior leadership and HR teams to align people strategies with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Full-time MBA in HR/HR-related specialization from a reputed B-school.
- 10–12 years of progressive HR experience.
- Strong expertise in PMS, OD, L&D;, and leadership development.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS implementation or administration.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience in multi-location organizations is preferred.
