The role is Plant Head for both the Zinc and Solder Divisions at the Pune plant, reporting to management and working Monday to Saturday. The person will run the whole plant: production planning, quality, maintenance, inventory, safety and manpower.

On the Zinc side that covers melting, alloying, CCR and wire drawing for Zn/Zn-Al/Al wires. On the Solder side it covers solid and flux-cored solder wire, sticks and bars, and fluxes.

The main accountabilities are output against plan, OTIF delivery, conversion and power cost per MT, metal yield and dross, and customer complaints. The role also includes moving current products from trial to stable production, keeping ISO 9001/14001 compliance, and building second-line leadership.

The candidate needs an engineering degree and 8–12 years in non-ferrous, metal processing or wire manufacturing, with 3–5 of those in plant or production leadership. Properzi/CCR, solder or flux experience, and multi-line management are strong pluses. The JD wants someone hands-on and data-driven on the shop floor.
