Designation: Piping Designer

Work Location: Bangalore

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in experience, Secondary Technical Education or Higher Technical Education in engineering technology, CAD training in AutoCAD & Plant 3D.

Experience: 8+ Years

Skill/Tool Knowledge Required:





- Develop and prepare 3D piping layouts and piping models using Autodesk Plant 3D.
- 8+ years of piping design experience
- Experienced enough to be able to position equipment suitable for access and maintenance activities
- Capable of making equipment / module layout given PFD, P&ID;’s, Equipment Process Data Sheets, Sized equipment list.
- Proficient in AutoCAD Plant3D
- Positive understanding of piping components, valves, fittings, pipe supports, and piping specifications.
- Knowledge of piping design standards and engineering practices.
- Ability to prepare piping isometrics, GA drawings, and extraction of piping deliverables.
- Experienced enough to be able to position equipment suitable for access and maintenance activities
- Understanding of the software specific administrative functions of setting up project database
