What You’ll Do:

- Lead and mentor the performance marketing team while staying hands-on with campaigns.
- Manage Meta Ads and B2B lead generation across 15+ brands.
- Drive qualified MQLs, SQLs, sales opportunities, and conversions.
- Build and optimise end-to-end acquisition funnels.
- Manage budgets, audience targeting, creatives, retargeting, and campaign scaling.
- Track CPL, CAC, lead quality, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
- Explore ChatGPT, AI tools, automation, and emerging acquisition channels.
- Collaborate with Sales, Creative, and Leadership teams to drive measurable growth.

What We’re Looking For:



✅ 4–6 years of performance or growth marketing experience.

✅ Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager.

✅ Proven experience in B2B lead generation and high-ticket acquisition.

✅ Experience managing multiple brands, campaigns, or accounts.

✅ Strong understanding of MQLs, SQLs, funnel optimisation, and CRM analytics.

✅ Prior experience leading or mentoring a team.

✅ A data-driven mindset with a solid interest in AI and automation.
