Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Pediatrician role located in Bengaluru. The Pediatrician will provide comprehensive outpatient care to infants, children, and adolescents, including routine check-ups, immunizations, growth and development assessments, and management of common pediatric illnesses. The role involves maintaining accurate medical records, coordinating follow-up care, and collaborating with other clinicians and care coordinators within Bridge Health’s integrated network.

The Pediatrician will educate parents and caregivers on preventive health, nutrition,



and development milestones, and may contribute to health awareness programs or digital consultations aligned with the company’s preventive care focus.

Qualifications

- Medical degree (MBBS) with a specialization in Pediatrics (MD/DNB or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license/registration to practice as a Pediatrician in India, with compliance to all local regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated clinical expertise in pediatric assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and immunization protocols.
- Strong communication and counseling skills to work effectively with children, parents, and caregivers.
- Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams and use digital health tools to support preventive care initiatives.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice, ethical standards, and continuous professional development.
- Prior experience in outpatient pediatrics or preventive care settings in Bengaluru or similar urban environments is preferred.
