We are looking for a agile and technically strong Paint Shop Project Site Engineer to plan, execute, monitor, and commission industrial paint shop projects. The candidate will be responsible for handling complete project activities including design coordination, vendor management, installation supervision, commissioning, quality control, and client coordination for liquid paint, powder coating, pretreatment, conveyorized, and automated paint shop systems.

The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of paint shop equipment, utilities, airflow systems, process engineering, and site execution activities.

The role offers exposure to project activities in paint shop engineering projects. Please note below the :

Execute paint shop projects from concept to commissioning.

Prepare project schedules, timelines, and progress tracking reports.

Coordinate with design, procurement, production, and site teams.

Ensure projects are completed within budget and timeline.

Monitor installation and erection activities at site.





Understand and interpret GA drawings, P&ID;, layouts, and fabrication drawings.

Supervise mechanical and electrical installation activities.

Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and erection of equipment.

Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors.

Monitor safety practices at site.

Ensure adherence to quality standards during installation.

Participate in dry and wet trials of paint shop systems.

Troubleshoot operational issues during startup.

Ensure successful handover to client.

Coordinate with suppliers for material dispatch and technical clarifications.

Attend client meetings and site review discussions.

Prepare technical documents, progress reports, and MOMs.

Resolve technical and execution-related issues with stakeholders.

Maintain project documentation and records, like Daily/weekly progress reports, Site execution reports, Material tracking sheets,

Commissioning reports, As-built documentation

Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Good communication and coordination abilities

Familiarity with MS Office, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools

Understanding of PLC/automation systems

We are looking for candidate who are technically inclined, proactive, willing to learn, and capable of handling multidisciplinary responsibilities in a growing engineering organization. The candidate should have experience in using computer software like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.
