? Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Graduate
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise packaging, loading, unloading, and dispatch operations.
- Manage packaging workers and ensure timely dispatch.
- Coordinate with vendors, including powder-coating vendors.
- Ensure proper material identification, packing, and site-wise segregation.
- Verify packing lists and dispatch records using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with project teams through WhatsApp and email.
- Maintain packaging quality, workplace safety, and housekeeping.
Required Skills:
- Team management and shop-floor supervision
- Material handling and dispatch coordination
- Basic MS Excel knowledge
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in fabrication, sheet metal, or manufacturing preferred.
