Job Title: Oracle Fusion Cloud EAM – Incident to Resolve Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud EAM Functional Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Incident to Resolve processes. The role focuses on BAU support, troubleshooting, enhancements, and maintenance process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide functional support for maintenance requests, work orders, asset tracking, preventive maintenance, and failure analysis.
- Resolve incidents and service requests within SLAs and perform root cause analysis.
- Configure minor enhancements and support Oracle quarterly releases, testing, and UAT.
- Support integrations with Inventory, Procurement, Projects, and Supply Chain modules.




- Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and conduct user training.
- Coordinate with business users, technical teams, and Oracle Support.
- Drive continuous improvement in asset management and maintenance processes.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud EAM functional experience.
- Strong knowledge of Incident to Resolve, asset lifecycle management, maintenance planning, and work order management.
- Experience in BAU support, AMS/managed services, incident management, and change management.
- Robust troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow, JIRA, ITIL, and related Oracle Fusion modules is preferred.
- Oracle Cloud EAM certification is an added advantage.
