About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, organised, and execution-focused Operations Manager to manage day-to-day operations across Tricog's Growth organisation.

This role will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Digital Health, Product, Projects, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth business operations, timely execution, and effective coordination.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys solving problems, bringing structure to processes, and getting things done. This is a hands-on role with significant cross-functional exposure and an opportunity to contribute directly to the organisation's growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business and Commercial Operations

Manage operational requirements across the Growth organisation, ensuring smooth coordination between functions.

Support sales and commercial processes, including proposals, purchase orders, contracts, invoicing coordination, and customer documentation.

Coordinate with Finance, Legal, HR, and other internal teams to ensure timely completion of business requirements.

2. Customer Onboarding and Service Operations

Coordinate customer onboarding, product deployments, implementation activities,



and ongoing service-related operational requirements.

Work with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and delivery teams to ensure commitments and timelines are met.

Track operational issues, resolve cross-functional dependencies, and facilitate timely escalations where required.

3. Projects and New Initiatives

Support the operational execution of strategic projects, partnerships, product launches, and new business initiatives.

Coordinate stakeholders, vendors, logistics, and resources required for successful implementation.

Track milestones, identify potential delays, and ensure timely follow-through on agreed deliverables.

4. Process Improvement and Operational Efficiency

Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and recurring challenges across functions.

Develop and improve processes, SOPs, and workflows to enhance productivity and execution.

Leverage technology, automation, and digital tools to simplify operations and reduce manual work.

5. Reporting and Cross-Functional Coordination

Maintain operational trackers, dashboards, and periodic management reports.

Monitor key deliverables, timelines, pending actions, and operational performance.

Work closely with functional leaders to improve coordination, accountability, and timely resolution of issues.

Qualifications and Experience

5-6 years of relevant experience in business operations, commercial operations,



project operations, or service delivery operations.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience managing multiple workstreams and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Strong organisational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and familiarity with CRM, ERP, or project management tools.

Ability to work independently, prioritise competing requirements, and take ownership of deliverables.

Experience in healthcare, healthtech, medical devices, diagnostics, or digital health will be an added advantage.
