Role Description This is a part-time remote role for an Online Educator – Maths, Science & English | Primary & Secondary (Australia Curriculum) at UpSkill Classes. The educator will deliver live online lessons aligned with the Australian curriculum for primary and secondary students in Mathematics, Science and English. Daily activities include planning structured lessons, explaining concepts clearly, providing individualized guidance, and using digital tools to support interactive learning.

The educator will review student performance, offer constructive feedback informed by AI-driven insights, and adjust teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.



The role also involves collaborating with the wider education team, participating in training sessions, and contributing to continuous improvement of teaching resources and exam preparation programs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience working with primary and/or secondary students.
- Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning skills to design structured, curriculum-aligned sessions in Maths and English.
- Candidates should possess clear and skilled English Communication skills to engage students and interact with families and colleagues.
- Candidates should possess Training skills, including the ability to coach students in study techniques, exam strategies, and independent learning.
- Relevant teaching qualifications or degrees in Education, Mathematics, English, or related fields are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with the Australian curriculum and online learning platforms is beneficial.
- Ability to create inclusive, supportive learning environments and manage diverse classrooms online.
- Reliable high-speed internet access and comfort with using digital tools, AI-powered feedback systems, and virtual classroom technologies.
