Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or equivalent

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced NVH Design and Simulation Support Engineer to join our engineering team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Siemens NX, experience working with EBOM and MBOM structures, sound knowledge of engineering material grades, and practical application of GD&T; principles. The role will support NVH-focused design, product development, engineering documentation, and simulation activities for automotive and industrial products.

Key Responsibilities

- Support NVH-related product design and development activities from concept to production.
- Create and modify 3D models, assemblies, and engineering drawings using Siemens NX.
- Develop, maintain, and manage Engineering BOM (EBOM) and Manufacturing BOM (MBOM) structures.
- Collaborate with simulation, design, manufacturing, and validation teams to support product development activities.




- Apply GD&T; principles to engineering drawings and support tolerance-related analysis.
- Evaluate and select appropriate engineering materials and grades based on functional, durability, and NVH requirements.
- Support design reviews, engineering change requests (ECR), and engineering change orders (ECO).
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, design guidelines, and product requirements.
- Assist in design validation and simulation support activities related to NVH performance.
- Prepare and maintain engineering documentation and release packages.

Mandatory Skills

- Robust proficiency in Siemens NX (3D Modeling, Assembly, and Drafting).
- Hands-on experience with EBOM and MBOM management.
- Good understanding of engineering material grades and material selection.
- Working knowledge of GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
- Experience in mechanical/product design and engineering support activities.
- Ability to interpret and create engineering drawings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
