We are looking for an experienced .NET AI Engineer with strong software development expertise and hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and MLOps.

The ideal candidate should be capable of developing enterprise-grade applications using .NET and Python while building, integrating, deploying, and maintaining AI-powered solutions.

? Mandatory Technical Skills

✅ .NET Development: Strong hands-on experience in .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and enterprise application development.

✅ Python Programming: Minimum 3 years of solid Python programming experience for AI engineering and backend development.

✅ AI Engineering: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in developing and integrating AI-powered applications.

✅ Generative AI & LLMs: Practical experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and LLM integration.

✅ RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation): Experience developing RAG pipelines, document processing, embeddings, semantic search, and context-aware AI applications.

✅ MLOps: Experience with AI/ML deployment, model lifecycle management, monitoring, versioning, and automation of AI/ML workflows.

? Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, and Python.




- Build and integrate Generative AI solutions and LLM-powered applications into enterprise systems.
- Develop and optimize RAG-based applications for efficient document retrieval and context-aware responses.
- Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications, REST APIs, and backend services.
- Implement prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, and retrieval optimization techniques.
- Develop and maintain AI/ML deployment pipelines and MLOps workflows.
- Monitor AI application performance, reliability, scalability, and response quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions.

? Preferred Skills

- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI frameworks.
- Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, or Azure AI Search.
- Experience working with commercial or open-source LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, or Llama.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience deploying and monitoring AI-powered applications in production environments.
