Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Fabric Core Lead Engineer to design, develop, and lead enterprise-scale data engineering and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Platform, Spark optimization, and technical team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement scalable data solutions using Microsoft Fabric.
- Develop ETL/ELT pipelines using Fabric Data Factory, Lakehouse, and Spark Notebooks.
- Work with OneLake, Data Warehouse, Power BI, and Real-Time Intelligence.
- Optimize SQL, PySpark, Spark workloads, and data pipelines.
- Implement data modeling, data governance, security, and performance best practices.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployments using Azure DevOps or GitHub.
- Lead technical teams, conduct code reviews, and mentor engineers.




- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver enterprise data modernization solutions.

Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering / Data Warehousing.
- 4+ years of experience with Azure Data Platform.
- 2+ years of hands-on Microsoft Fabric experience.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, PySpark, and Spark optimization.
- Experience with Lakehouse, OneLake, Fabric Pipelines, Notebooks, Data Warehouse, and Direct Lake.
- Knowledge of Power BI, dimensional modeling, ETL/ELT, and ADLS.
- Experience with Azure DevOps/GitHub and CI/CD.
- Robust technical leadership and team mentoring skills.

Preferred Skills
- Microsoft Fabric certification: DP-600 / DP-700.
- Azure Data Engineer certification: DP-203.
- Experience with Azure Databricks, Synapse Analytics, Microsoft Purview, or Azure AI Services.
