Role Description The Motion Editor (Onsite) will be responsible for editing and enhancing motion graphics, video content, and visual assets to support marketing, product, and corporate communication initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include organizing raw footage, applying transitions and effects, synchronizing audio, refining timing and pacing, and ensuring that all motion content aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives. The role also involves collaborating closely with designers, marketers, and developers to adapt motion elements for different platforms and formats, and preparing final outputs in the required resolutions and codecs.

This is a full-time, in office role based in Lucknow,



requiring consistent coordination with local team members and adherence to project timelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong motion editing and video post-production skills, including proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Candidates should possess skills in visual storytelling, timing, and pacing, with the ability to translate concepts and scripts into engaging motion content.
- Candidates should possess skills in file management, asset organization, and basic knowledge of video formats, codecs, and export settings for web and social platforms.
- Candidates should possess collaborative and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback constructively.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines, and strong problem-solving skills for handling technical and creative challenges.
- Relevant experience in motion editing, video production, or multimedia design, and a portfolio showcasing previous work, would be highly beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in animation, multimedia, film, design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if supported by strong demonstrable experience.
