MULTI-SKILLED MACHINE OPERATORS

We require operators with hands-on experience in multi-machine operation across steel fabrication machinery and processes.

Relevant machines and processes include:

- Submerged Arc Welding (SAW)
- PUG Gas Cutting
- CNC Punching
- Automatic Beam Welding
- Beam Assembly & Tack Welding
- Seam Welding
- CNC Plasma Cutting
- Plate Shearing
- Punching
- Hydraulic Ironworker
- Radial Drilling
- PTW
- Tack Station (PTW Line)

Key responsibilities

- Set up and operate machines according to approved drawings, work instructions and process requirements.
- Check dimensions and workmanship during production to prevent defects and rework.
- Carry out routine operator checks and report equipment faults promptly.
- Meet assigned production targets while maintaining quality and protected working practices.
- Maintain production records, proper material identification and housekeeping.
