Role Description

This is a full time, on-site opportunity based in Mira Road, Mumbai, with multiple positions available, including Delegate Acquisition Specialist, Speaker Acquisition Specialist, and Conference Producer. Responsibilities include engaging with delegates and industry leaders, securing speaker participation, researching industry trends, developing conference agendas,



and coordinating with internal teams to deliver successful B2B events.

Qualifications

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Good organizational, research, and time-management abilities.

A target-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.

Basic proficiency in online tools, and data management.

Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in sales, business development, research, or event management.

Interest in B2B conferences, professional networking, and corporate events.
