Digitide Solutions Limited is seeking a detail‑oriented MIS Executive to drive data‑centric decision making within the CLM Domestic BFSI – Manpower Back Office unit. The role involves consolidating operational data, generating actionable insights, and ensuring timely delivery of reports that support customer care, compliance, and business performance objectives.

Responsibilities

- Collect, validate, and consolidate daily transaction and customer interaction data from multiple sources.
- Prepare and distribute standard MIS reports (e.g., SLA, productivity, quality) to stakeholders on a scheduled basis.
- Analyze trends and identify anomalies to recommend process improvements.
- Support the Customer Care Executive team by providing data insights that enhance issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update reporting dashboards using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with BFSI regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with IT and operations teams to automate data extraction and reporting workflows.
- Assist in ad‑hoc analysis for management reviews, audits, and special projects.




- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and flag deviations for corrective action.
- Document reporting procedures and maintain a knowledge repository for the back‑office team.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or back‑office operations, preferably in BFSI.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Solid analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear report presentation.
- Knowledge of BFSI processes, SLAs, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Experience with SQL or other database query languages is a plus.
- Problem‑solving attitude and willingness to suggest process enhancements.
