Role Description The Medical Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur. This role involves promoting Esperanza’s mental health and healthcare services and related medical products to clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with healthcare professionals, presenting product benefits, conducting follow-ups, and maintaining robust relationships with existing and prospective clients.

The Medical Sales

Representative will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, tracking market trends, providing feedback to internal teams,



and ensuring high standards of customer service and professional conduct.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including experience in selling healthcare services or medical products.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and build trust with healthcare professionals.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to ensure positive client experiences and long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Medicine or related clinical concepts to understand and explain service offerings accurately.
- Candidates should possess basic understanding of Pharmacy settings and workflows to effectively engage with pharmacists and related stakeholders.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in mental health or healthcare sales, familiarity with the Nagpur healthcare market, proficiency in MS Office or CRM tools, and a bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, business, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, travel locally for client visits, and uphold ethical, non-discriminatory professional standards.
