? Position: Mechanical Engineering Intern

? Company: Gyrodrive Machineries Private Limited

?️ Duration: 6 - 12 months

? Location: Bavdhan, Pune

Roles & Responsibilities:

- 3D Modeling and Design: Develop detailed 2D/3D models of mechanical components and assemblies for R&D; projects. Utilize CAD software such as SolidWorks.
- Prototype Development: Generate working prototypes for beta testing and evaluate their performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate on designs based on test results and feedback.
- Testing and Validation:



Perform comprehensive testing and validation of new designs to ensure they meet functional and performance specifications. Document testing procedures, results, and design modifications.
- Engineering Calculations: Conduct engineering calculations to support design decisions and ensure structural integrity and performance. Utilize FEA tools and other analytical methods as needed.
- Drawing Generation: Create detailed 2D/3D drawings for manufacturing and assembly processes. Ensure that drawings adhere to industry standards and are accurate and complete.
- Manufactured Components Quality Check: Perform quality checks on manufactured components and coordinate with vendors to ensure adherence to design specifications.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proficient in CAD software (SolidWorks).
- Experience in prototyping and design validation.
- Strong skills in engineering calculations and drawing generation.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
