Position: Marketing Specialist

Location: New Delhi (On-site)

Experience: 2–3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute international marketing strategies to generate leads and expand our global client base.
- Develop and manage targeted email marketing campaigns for international markets.
- Identify and reach out to the right audience, including architecture firms, design studios, and potential business partners.
- Research target markets, build relevant prospect lists, and support lead generation activities.
- Create, edit, and design engaging marketing graphics and promotional materials for digital platforms.
- Support LinkedIn marketing, brand communication, and other digital outreach initiatives.




- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve outreach strategies.

Requirements:

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing, or B2B marketing.
- Knowledge of international marketing and business outreach.
- Hands-on experience with email campaigns, lead generation, and prospect targeting.
- Proficiency in graphic design and editing tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar software.
- Strong communication, research, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to business growth.

Preferred: Prior experience in the architecture, engineering, construction (AEC), or design industry will be a strong advantage.
