Role Description The Marketing Assistant role is a full time, on-site position based in Andhra Pradesh, India. The person in this role supports marketing and sales activities, including conducting basic market research, tracking local real estate trends, and helping prepare presentations and promotional materials. Daily responsibilities include assisting with lead generation, coordinating follow-ups with prospective clients and tenants, and maintaining organized records of inquiries and interactions.

The Marketing

Assistant also helps with customer service, responding to questions, coordinating site visits,



and supporting sales and marketing campaigns under the guidance of senior team members. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and timely communication is an important part of this role.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact clearly and professionally with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to gather, organize, and interpret data on local real estate trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to support lead generation, basic sales outreach, and implementation of marketing campaigns.
- Candidates should have good organizational and time management skills and be comfortable working with spreadsheets, presentations, and CRM or similar tools.
- Candidates should hold at least a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience.
- Candidates with knowledge of the local Andhra Pradesh and Telangana real estate market, proficiency in English and regional languages, and prior experience in a marketing or sales support role will be preferred.
