Roles and Responsibilities:

- Prioritize work across multiple projects and engineering teams while maintaining delivery focus and alignment with business objectives.
- Partner with platform owners, business owners, product owners, development teams, and management to define requirements, decisions, and project delivery strategies.
- Review feature requests, establish delivery plans, and guide teams through successful implementation and release.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, contingencies, scope, quality, cost, and schedule throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members; support hiring, onboarding, capability development, and succession planning.
- Drive continuous improvement through Lean management and agile principles, using delivery metrics and appropriate project management tools.
- Oversee complex customer implementations, production problem resolution, and development of productivity-enabling solutions.
- Establish and maintain effective project governance, documentation,



quality practices, and stakeholder communication.

Skills Required:

- 10 to 15 years of relevant experience, including significant experience managing software projects and teams.
- Solid project management experience covering planning, estimation, monitoring, control, risk management, and delivery governance.
- Proven people management experience leading, mentoring, hiring, and developing software engineering teams.
- Ability to manage delivery across scope, quality, cost, schedule, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Experience in software development or software testing environments, with familiarity with application lifecycle management tools.

Good to Have:
- Experience with C# and .NET-based software development environments.
- Experience delivering Software as a Service projects.

Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
