Role Description: The Manager – Hospital Operations is a full-time, in office role based at Mar Sleeva Medicity Palai in Palai. The role involves overseeing day-to-day hospital operations, ensuring efficient functioning of clinical and non-clinical departments, and maintaining high standards of patient experience and safety.
Responsibilities include coordinating with medical and administrative teams, managing patient flow, monitoring service quality, and implementing operational policies and procedures.
Qualification: MHA/MBA
Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience from an accredited hospital with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
