Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations, manage a team of finance professionals, and ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. This role requires solid leadership skills, accounting expertise, and the ability to collaborate with global teams in a agile business environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise day-to-day accounting operations
- Oversee Accounts Payable, General Ledger, reconciliations, fixed assets, and inter-company accounting
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end financial close processes
- Prepare financial reports, management reports, and variance analysis
- Support audits and statutory compliance requirements
- Manage banking activities and balance sheet reconciliations
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
- Mentor, train, and develop accounting team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional and international stakeholders
- Track key financial metrics and support business decision-making

Requirements

- CA,



CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent finance qualification
- 5+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting
- Prior team management or supervisory experience
- Experience in BPO, KPO, ITES, or shared services environments is preferred
- Knowledge of ERP/accounting systems such as NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Tally, or similar platforms
- Strong Excel and financial reporting skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
