The Team

At A&M; GCC, Supply Chain and Manufacturing professionals assist our clients in analyzing manufacturing operations, supply chain and distribution channels, procurement, SG&A; operations and Operating model effectiveness for potential value creation opportunities and to help drive them during our client’s ownership. From our thorough fact-based analysis, we assess the state of current operations, identify performance improvement opportunities and quantify potential EBITDA improvement areas across plan, source, make and deliver functions

Our Supply Chain and Manufacturing team under Performance Improvement vertically is growing significantly and hence we are seeking techno-functional experts who can roll up the sleeves and deliver large, complex client engagements, working closely with leadership to identify, design, and implement creative business solutions

This role involves working closely with clients to identifytheir operations pain points and design & implement digital solutions across Supply chain planning, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics functions. Individuals should be able to translate business requirements into the right solution and map those with the vendor’sCOTS functionalities along with required customizations for end-to-end digital transformation programs (Design, Build/Configure, Test, Go Live and Hypercare)

How You Will Contribute

As Manager for Digital supply chain at A&M; GCC PI team, you will contribute across the key areas below:

Supply Chain Solutions Design &

- Implementation

- Evaluate supply chain technologies, platforms, and solution providers and support the development of fit-for-purpose solution architectures and implementation roadmaps
- Define end-to-end digital supply chain strategy, roadmap and target operating model across ERP, planning, procurement, MES, WMS and TMS
- Define and validate data architecture, governance, cloud hosting and API/integration architecture across supply chain platforms
- Conduct “As-is”
- Assessment for gap analysis to design “To-be” state organization
- Translate business needs into functional &
- Technical specs and configure processes
- Create Design specifications for planning, procurement, production, Order management, Logistics, distribution




- Support end-to-end ERP implementation life cycle across supply chain modules (e.g., MM, PP, SD, WM, APO/IBP)
- Experience in integration with existing enterprise systems through APIs, middleware, cloud platforms, and cross-functional business process workflows
- Build RICEFW templates as per design specifications to support the solution
- Work with platforms such as Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, Coupa, SAP Ariba, Tulip, IRIS/MES, SAP EWM/TM etc.

Testing &

- Deployment

- Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle from requirements through configuration, integration, testing, go-live and post-go-live stabilization
- Design and execute test scenarios: Unit Testing, Integration Testing, UAT
- Assist to validate configurations through business scenarios
- Support data migration, cut-over planning, go-live and hyper-care activities
- Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot and resolve issues post-deployment
- Project Management to track the issues through MS Project and JIRA

Change Management &

- Training

- Prepare SOPs, training materials, and user manuals; drive business-user adoption
- Support role – based user training sessions and drive functional adoption
- Conduct process workshops and knowledge-transfer sessions to build functional capabilities
- Highlight change impacts and ensure user readiness

Continuous Improvement &

- Enhancements

- Identify post-implementation improvements and process automation opportunities
- Support digital supply chain reporting needs (MPS, inventory, OTIF, cycle time etc.)
- Assist in system upgrades and rollouts across new plants or warehouses
- Evaluate emerging technologies like generative AI, Agentic AI and continuously enhance digital solutions through automation and process optimization

Client Delivery &

- Stakeholder Management

- Lead day-to-day project workstreams and contribute to overall project delivery
- Prepare executive-ready presentations, reports, and recommendations
- Facilitate client discussions, workshops, and stakeholder engagements

Firm &

- Practice Contribution

- Develop thought leadership, industry perspectives, benchmarks, and reusable tools / frameworks to strengthen the firm's Digital Supply Chain proposition
- Contribute to proposal development and business development activities
- Support internal knowledge development and training initiatives

Qualifications

- 6-11 years of experience in digital supply chain transformation, supply chain planning, logistics, operations excellence,



or digital supply chain technology implementation programs
- Previous advisory and consulting experience from a top-tier strategy firm, leading specialist / niche advisory firm, or Big-4 consultancy preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing or a related field
- MBA / master’s degree in supply chain &
- Operations, Logistics, Business Administration, or similar discipline
- Strong functional knowledge across the end-to-end supply chain, including demand & supply planning, manufacturing, procurement, production scheduling, inventory, logistics, distribution, and order fulfilment
- Strong knowledge of supply chain operating models, process re-engineering, business process mapping, and target-state design
- Experience supporting or leading implementation of supply chain planning, logistics, warehouse management (WMS), transportation management (TMS), procurement, or manufacturing execution solutions (MES)
- Familiarity with enterprise data models, cloud platform architectures, data migration lifecycle, API/integration frameworks, and business process integration across supply chain functions
- Hands-on experience with ERP and supply chain platforms such as SAP ECC/S4HANA, SAP IBP, SAP EWM/TM, Oracle SCM Cloud, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, Microsoft Dynamics, o9, WMS / TMS or similar solutions
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills with the ability to drive adoption across business and technology teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and coordination skills in dynamic, operationally complex environments
- Experience in managing cross-functional stakeholders during implementations
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and root-cause problem-solving skills
- Exposure to AI/ML-powered supply chain solutions, generative AI, agentic AI, intelligent automation, and data-driven decision intelligence platforms, would be a plus
- Tools knowledge on Alteryx, Power BI, python, Linear programming platforms, etc. would be a plus
