Role Description The Maintenance Personnel Engineering role is a full-time, in office position based at The Mirador Hotel in Mumbai. The role involves performing routine inspections of hotel equipment and facilities, identifying maintenance needs, and carrying out timely repairs to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Responsibilities include executing preventive maintenance schedules, responding to maintenance requests from various departments, and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues. The individual will collaborate with the engineering and operations teams to minimize downtime, support energy-efficient practices, and maintain compliance with safety standards. The role also requires accurate record-keeping of maintenance activities and proactive communication about equipment status and improvement needs.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair to ensure proper functioning of hotel systems and machinery.
- Candidates should possess skills in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance to implement scheduled upkeep and reduce equipment failures.
- Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Relevant experience in hotel, facility, or building maintenance, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, along with adherence to safety and compliance standards.
- Ability to work in shifts, handle physical tasks, and respond promptly to maintenance emergencies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Technical certification or diploma in engineering, maintenance, or a related field is preferred.
