We are expanding into premium architectural lighting and intelligent lighting solutions, combining innovative design, advanced technology, and quality manufacturing.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a passionate, technically strong, and entrepreneurial lighting professional based in Germany to help build and lead our architectural lighting and smart lighting division.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural lighting concepts, layouts, and specifications.
- Design and integrate DALI/DALI-2 lighting control systems, including DT6/DT8 drivers, gateways, dimming, and tunable white solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and manufacturers on lighting product development.
- Integrate lighting with mobile apps, sensors, wall controls, and smart home technologies.
- Contribute to product catalogues, technical strategy, and lighting design standards.
- Take ownership of projects and help shape our growing lighting portfolio.

What We're Looking For





- Experience in architectural lighting design, lighting engineering, or smart lighting.
- Practical knowledge of DALI/DALI-2 protocols and lighting control architecture.
- Understanding of LED drivers, optics, CRI, CCT, UGR, and lighting performance.
- Familiarity with DIALux evo, Relux, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of European lighting standards and smart lighting technologies.
- Strong English communication skills.
