Role Description The Life Insurance Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for advising individuals and families on suitable life insurance solutions, including protection, savings, and retirement products, aligned with their financial goals and risk profiles. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting prospective and existing customers, explaining product features and benefits, preparing personalized proposals, and supporting customers through the application, underwriting, and policy issuance process.

handle customer queries and service requests, and maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities. The role involves working closely with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical sales practices while meeting assigned sales and service targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Insurance Sales and Sales to effectively identify customer needs, present suitable solutions, and achieve business targets.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Insurance and basic to intermediate Finance concepts to explain product features, benefits, and long-term implications clearly and accurately.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service capabilities to build trust, respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support throughout the policy lifecycle.
- Relevant experience in life insurance, banking, or financial services is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
- Proficiency in local languages and English, and familiarity with basic computer and CRM tools.
- Demonstrated integrity, customer-centric mindset, and adherence to regulatory and ethical standards.
