Role Description The Learning & Development Senior Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi NCR. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning programs for restaurant and tea room staff, including onboarding, product and service training, and continuous skill development. The individual will conduct training needs assessments, create training content, facilitate group and one-on-one sessions, and track the effectiveness of learning initiatives through feedback and performance metrics.

The role involves close collaboration with HR and operations leadership to align training with business goals, service standards, and brand values.

Executive will also maintain training documentation, support leadership development efforts, and ensure a consistent, high-quality learning experience across locations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Human Resources (HR) knowledge with exposure to learning and development frameworks.
- Candidates should possess HR Management and HR Operations skills to coordinate training processes and support organizational objectives.




- Candidates should possess experience in HR Policies and their implementation to ensure training programs align with company standards.
- Candidates should possess Employee Relations skills to engage staff, build trust, and encourage participation in learning initiatives.
- Candidates should have experience designing and delivering training programs in hospitality or service-oriented environments.
- Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Candidates should be proficient in using digital tools for content creation, learning management, and reporting.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a learning & development or HR role, ideally within restaurants or hospitality, will be advantageous.
