Job Summary

Candidate should have following credentials:

- Experience in Rotary Equipments :
- Pumps, Compressors, Fans, Blowers, Turbines and Agitators, etc. for Oil and gas, petrochemical, and chemical industries.
- Experience in Mechanical Packages :
- Process and Utility Packages like Glycol Dehydration, Chemical Injection, WHRU, Air Dryer, Nitrogen Generation package, Water Treatment, Effluent Treatment, Boilers, etc.
- Technical Specifications preparation
- Calculations (Sizing, NPSHa, Motor Capacity Calculations) (Input for Vendors)
- Datasheets preparation (Input for Vendors)
- Vendor List preparation
- Material Requisition / RFQ (Request for Quotation) for Vendors
- Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) (Technical + commercial)
- Purchase Requisition (Purchase Order)




- Vendor Document Review (VDR) (Post Order)
- Vendor Management
- Very valuable grasp of international codes related to the field: API 610, API 674, API 676, API 617, API 618, API 619, API 673, etc.
- Experience in developing P&IDs;, review of Process documents.
- Experience in the Sulphuric Acid Plant would be plus point.
- Familiar with interdisciplinary reviews of datasheets, specifications, and vendor documents.
- Sound knowledge of material standards, inspection requirements and testing requirements including NDE.
