? Hiring | Lead Manager – Operations (E-commerce)

We are looking for an experienced Lead Manager – Operations to manage e-commerce projects, lead high-performing teams, and ensure strong client delivery and operational excellence.

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 8+ years in E-commerce Operations | 3+ years in People Management

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree

Key Responsibilities:

- Own project delivery, team performance & client SLAs
- Manage communication with clients, onsite & offsite project managers
- Act as the primary solution provider for assigned projects
- Lead teams and resolve operational/project-related challenges
- Drive productivity and quality improvements quarter-on-quarter
- Manage training for new projects, trainees & replacements
- Prepare Excel reports, dashboards and process documentation
- Identify system/process issues and implement improvements
- Support Seller/Partner issues across multiple technology platforms





Required Experience & Skills



- Solid e-commerce industry experience, particularly content/cataloguing
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Advanced MS Excel skills — VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, reporting
- Strong people management & leadership skills
- Proficiency in Word & PowerPoint
- Ability to prepare and present business/process documents
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
- Flexible to work in rotational and US shifts
