Organic Social Media Lead Generation Specialist

About the Role

We’re looking for an Organic Social Media Lead Generation Specialist to generate leads for our SELECT vertical through self-published posts. This is a 100% organic role, with no paid ads. You’ll create content that makes people stop scrolling, start conversations, and enquire about our offerings.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and publish daily organic content on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and other relevant platforms.
- Write posts with strong hooks, relatable stories, and clear CTAs that drive DMs, comments, and enquiries.
- Create content around neighbourhoods, rental tips, move-in stories, and property highlights.
- Run proactive outreach through DMs, comments, and connection requests, and nurture prospects to a qualified handoff.
- Track leads generated, lead quality, DM conversations, and conversion to site visits and closures.

Requirements

- 2 to 5 years of experience in organic social media, content marketing, or social-led lead generation.
- Proven record of generating leads from organic posts, not ad spend.




- Strong copywriting: hooks, storytelling, and persuasive CTAs
- Good understanding of how the Social Media algorithms work.
- Basic analytics skills and the ability to link content to lead numbers.
- Self-driven, with ownership of monthly lead targets.

Good to Have

- Experience in real estate, rentals, proptech, or B2C services.
- Familiarity with Canva, Notion, scheduling tools, or CRMs like Zoho and HubSpot
- Existing personal brand or audience.
