About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive to generate qualified B2B leads through manual research and personalized email outreach. The role involves identifying decision-makers, researching target companies, customizing email communication, and maintaining accurate lead records to support business development and sales.

This is a hands-on role requiring manual outreach without automated email sequences or bulk outreach automation tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute personalized B2B email outreach using Microsoft Outlook, targeting a minimum of 1,500 customized emails per day.
- Research and identify relevant companies and decision-makers through LinkedIn, company websites, business directories, and B2B research platforms.
- Identify senior professionals, including CMOs, Marketing Heads, Directors, and Business Development Managers.
- Personalize email content based on the recipient's industry, designation,



company, and business requirements.
- Maintain and update lead databases using CRM platforms, Google Sheets, or Microsoft Excel.
- Track email responses, follow-ups, lead status, and qualified prospects.
- Share a minimum of 2 high-potential leads daily with the Growth Lead.
- Prepare daily outreach reports and ensure lead data accuracy.

Key Skills & Requirements

- Strong online research and B2B lead-generation skills.
- Excellent written communication and email personalization abilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, LinkedIn, and CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM.
- Working knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with lead-sourcing tools such as Apollo.io, Lusha, Hunter.io, or Snov.io is an advantage.
- Robust attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-up discipline.
- Ability to manage high-volume manual outreach and achieve daily targets.
