Role Description – Senior Architect

UrbanBuild™ is seeking an experienced Senior Architect for a full-time, on-site position based in Jolly Grant, Dehradun , Uttarakhand. The candidate will lead architectural planning, design, and documentation for infrastructure projects, including buildings and other civil engineering structures.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architectural concept development, planning, detailed drawings, and construction documentation.





Coordinate with civil, structural, and other engineering teams to integrate design requirements.

Review designs, ensure compliance with applicable building codes and safety standards, and resolve site-related design issues.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Guide junior team members and maintain design quality and technical standards.

Qualifications

B.Arch or M.Arch degree from a recognized institution.

Minimum 5 years of relevant qualified experience, preferably in infrastructure or building projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant architectural design software.

Strong knowledge of architectural planning, working drawings, building regulations, and construction practices.

Excellent coordination, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work full-time on-site in Roorkee, Uttarakhand.

Valid Council of Architecture (CoA) registration preferred.
