About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic MBA Fresher to join our Business Development (Sales) team in Navi Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting revenue growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach activities.

Engage with prospective clients through calls, emails, and meetings.

Understand client requirements and present suitable business solutions.

Maintain and update the sales pipeline and CRM records.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.

Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and business reports.





Build and maintain robust relationships with clients to drive long-term business growth.

Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Track market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills

MBA (Marketing/Sales/Business Management) completed.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

Good presentation and analytical skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to learn.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Internship or project experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
