Scope of Work

- Independently manage and supervise day-to-day laboratory operations.
- Oversee sample processing, testing, quality control, and timely report generation.
- Ensure accuracy, reliability, and timely delivery of test results.
- Manage laboratory technicians, staff schedules, training, and performance.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, coordinate servicing, and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Manage reagents, consumables, inventory, and procurement requirements.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory SOPs, safety standards, and applicable NABL guidelines.
- Maintain quality control records, documentation, and audit readiness.
- Monitor laboratory expenses, minimize wastage, and optimize operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with management,



vendors, collection teams, and authorized reporting professionals.
- Take complete ownership of smooth and efficient laboratory functioning.

Qualification & Experience
- BMLT / MMLT / MSc in relevant laboratory sciences.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience independently managing a diagnostic laboratory, including operations, staff supervision, quality control, and inventory management.
- Solid technical knowledge, leadership skills, and problem-solving ability.

Ideal Candidate: A hands-on, responsible, and experienced professional capable of independently running laboratory operations with minimal supervision.
