Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager with prior experience working in a digital marketing or advertising agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating digital campaigns, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing initiatives while meeting client expectations and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day client communication and build strong, long-term client relationships.
- Understand client briefs, marketing objectives, target audiences, and campaign requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, social media, performance marketing, content, and digital strategy.
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across relevant platforms.
- Ensure timely delivery of campaign assets, presentations, reports, and other client deliverables.
- Develop campaign briefs, status reports,



meeting notes, and performance updates.
- Monitor campaign performance and coordinate with relevant teams to optimize results.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling digital marketing services.
- Conduct regular client meetings and provide campaign updates, insights, and recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3 to 4 years of experience in client servicing or account management, mandatory experience working with a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Hands-on experience managing digital campaigns and client accounts.
- Good understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, paid media, SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising.
- Solid project management, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
