Take-Home Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month
CTC: Approx. ₹3.2–₹3.8 LPA, including applicable employer PF, ESI, statutory bonus and gratuity provisions
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Role Description
We are looking for a Junior Sales Operations Executive to support our Sales Team with day-to-day sales coordination, order processing.
This is an office-based Sales Support role and does not involve field sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify incoming enquiries and leads
- Create and update leads and opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer and enquiry records
- Prepare quotations as per Sales Team requirements
- Create Sales Orders after customer confirmation
- Prepare invoices and related sales documents
- Coordinate with Accounts, Stores, Production and Dispatch teams
- Coordinate courier, transport and logistics
- Track order, dispatch and delivery status
- Support the Sales Team with customer follow-ups
- Maintain quotation, Sales Order,
invoice and dispatch records
- Prepare regular sales and order-status reports
Must-Have Skills
- Good computer knowledge
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and email
- Good written English
- Good communication and customer coordination skills
- Accurate data entry and documentation
- Good follow-up and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn CRM / ERP software
- Attention to detail
Experience in quotations, invoicing, Sales Orders, order processing or logistics coordination will be an added advantage. Freshers with good computer knowledge and written English are welcome to apply.
