Position - Junior Quality Engineer/Quality Engineer
Experience - 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably from Automotive industry
Location - Chakan
We are urgently looking for Quality Engineer who would have good experience in quality assurance and operational excellence
It is lead role in quality assurance across manufacturing and supply chain.
Responsibilities -
- Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO)
- Work on root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
- Handle audits, inspections, customer quality requirements
- Coordinate with engineering, production and suppliers to improve quality
- Monitor quality KPIs and take care of performance improvements
Qualification and skills -
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Experience in FRP/Plastic molding/Rubber molding is an addition
- Proven experience in automotive quality operations
- Knowledge of quality tools ( APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC)
- Robust problem solving abilities
