Key Responsibilities

- Marketing & Campaign Execution: Support the delivery of face-to-face marketing campaigns, brand activations and customer engagement initiatives.
- Client Representation: Represent established brands and campaign partners through professional, direct customer interactions.
- Customer Engagement: Develop strong communication and interpersonal skills by engaging with customers, understanding their needs and communicating campaign messages effectively.
- Business Development: Learn the fundamentals of offline customer acquisition, campaign performance, relationship building and business growth.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside experienced team members to share best practices,



support campaign objectives and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Leadership Development: Develop the ability to coach, mentor and support new team members as you gain experience.
- Management Training: Gain exposure to team coordination, performance evaluation, recruitment, training and the operational aspects of running a successful campaign team.
